Those who cannot afford a lawyer may call the line at 844-Help4TN (1-844-435-7486) and be connected with a licensed Tennessee lawyer.  Callers can leave a voice mail if the attorney is on another call. The Help4TN line will be staffed by a Tennessee attorney.

FHFA moratorium The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) have extended their foreclosure and eviction bans through December 31, 2020.
