LGBTQ Fund

Our LGBTQ Fund strengthens the social fabric of Appalachia by investing in those who are historically under-resourced because of their gender or sexuality.

About the fund.

Our LGBTQ Fund is dedicated to strengthening the social fabric of our region by expanding resources for LGBTQ organizing and ensuring all neighbors feel at home in their communities.

Grounded in the spirit of "Change, Not Charity," our fund invests in the institutional growth and long-term development of local LGBTQ-led organizations. We place a special priority on supporting new and emerging efforts, particularly those building leadership and safe spaces for LGBTQ youth across Appalachia.
