We believe that strengthening the internal foundations of grassroots groups is vital for creating lasting progress in our region.

Our Technical Assistance Fund provides the tools and training local leaders need to grow their organizations and increase their community impact.

Grounded in the principle of “Change, Not Charity,” this program awards grants specifically designed to enhance organizational capacity. We support board and staff members as they cultivate the essential skills needed to build resilient, sustainable, and effective movements across Appalachia.
